Do my employees have communication needs?
Communications training is not just for employees from a Non-English Speaking Background (NESB.) The WELL program is designed to support the communication skills of all employees. It is used by employers to build skills for compliance – safety, for computers – data entry and retrieval, and for spoken and written communication – toolbox meetings, completing forms and reading operating procedures. It is a strong foundation for the success of all current and future initiatives.
