Futurum's Traineeship Program
Futurums' traineeship program incorporates your organisations culture, processes and workplace specific requirements. Trainees gain fundamental skills to improve their professional practice and competency in the workplace.
• Our consultants will outline all the modules and units of competency required for each of the above qualifications.
• Training will be conducted in your workplace at a time that is convenient for you and your employees. The training will be delivered on a one-to-one basis and/or in small groups. Delivery mode is at your discretion*.

Successful completion of a traineeship earns a nationally recognised qualification. Each employee will be issued with a nationally recognised certificate once they complete the relevant course.
*While most training is conducted on the job, our trainers are very conscious of protecting customer service values; therefore their presence will be non-obtrusive assessment, observation and/or instruction.
